Sportsbook.com Review

Overall Impression:
As online betting goes, Sportsbook has a lot to offer. The casino is massive, with sports gambling, casino and poker play available through all of its affiliated sites. The casino draws a large crowd from the associated sports gambling sites and it has been around for over 10 years, so it is well established. Blackjack players can always find a game here, but unless you’re spending most of your time at poker or sports betting, you’d probably be better off going to another site for blackjack.

Blackjack Options:
While there are a lot of reasons to like Sportsbook.com, blackjack players can probably find a much better site to play their game. Using a 6-deck shoe that’s reshuffled after each deal, card counters have essentially no chance here. Though this is standard at a lot of casinos, there are some other factors that go against Sportsbook’s blackjack game as well. Betting limits range from $1.00 to $100.00, which is somewhat limited, and with other rules like split aces only receiving one more card and losing your full bet amount against a dealer dealt a 10 showing, the house edge here is about .56%. Though playing here is better than playing at most live casinos, you can find much more favorable blackjack tables in many other places.

Bonuses:
A 10% deposit bonus is a not a lot when compared to other sites, but as far as we can tell there is no cap to it, so it may be worth it. They also have friend referral bonuses, reload bonuses and a $24,000 blackjack tournament that runs every 24 hours. Not stellar bonuses, but pretty good.

Customer Service:
Phone, e-mail and live chat support is available 24-hours a day.

Safety:
Sportsbook is widely known, and recognized as safe and reliable.

US Players?:
Yes. Players can access the casino, sports betting and poker sites on Sportsbook.

Deposit and Withdrawal:
Sportsbook is somewhat limited when it comes to depositing and withdrawing funds, as it only accepts Mastercard, Visa and the ‘Cash Transfer’ service. We’ve also heard that withdrawing money can take longer than some other sites, but we haven’t verified this personally.

Mac Friendly:
Yes, but only with the flash player.

Software:
Sportsbook offers both a flash and download version of their software, but the download version has more options. The software platform is from RealTime Gaming and it is quite easy to use and looks very good.

Summary:
There are a lot of options for online gamblers, and Sportsbook is widely regarded as one of the best sites when it comes to placing a bet on a game. However, for blackjack players there isn’t a lot here to get excited about. You won’t have a bad time playing here, but if you’re serious about getting the best odds possible, you might want to consider somewhere else.
